As part of our continued global expansion, PointCross Life Sciences is pleased to welcome PingPing Gong as Senior Director, Business Development – China / APAC.
Based in Shanghai, Pingping will lead business development initiatives across China and the broader APAC region. She brings extensive experience partnering with CROs and sponsors, supporting the adoption of scalable solutions that align global regulatory expectations with local execution realities.
PingPing has a strong background in nonclinical operations and regulatory-facing data practices, with deep expertise in enabling efficient data workflows for regulatory submissions. Her experience aligns closely with PointCross’ mission to streamline nonclinical data integration, SEND compliance, and advanced analytics through the Xbiom™ platform.
She is known for her practical, execution-oriented commercial mindset and her ability to build long-term, trust-based partnerships in complex, highly regulated environments.
Prior to joining PointCross, Pingping worked with leading CROs including WuXi AppTec and Medicilon. She holds a degree in Pharmacy from Peking University and is an active member of the M&A Committee at the China Biomedical Industry Innovation and Transformation Alliance (CBITTA).
Pingping will play a key role in expanding PointCross’ presence across APAC and supporting organizations in accelerating regulatory submissions and data-driven decision-making.
